Nepherterra Estrada-Best is the proud mom of two loving boys, full of personality and born leaders in their own right. The family picture is a good depiction of every day in the Estrada-Best household, you just never know what you'll get! Neph is also the wife of a hard-working and dedicated husband that supports all her mommy mogul ventures and isn't afraid to be  Mr. Dad when needed!

#FeartheDeer! If you haven't guessed yet, I was born and raised in the great state of Wisconsin, specifically Milwaukee. Basically, I grew up on beer, brats, the Milwaukee Bucks, the Milwaukee Brewers and, of course, the Green Bay Packers. I've always loved that we get all four seasons in Milwaukee. The city is built of beautiful architecture with authentic people to match. It was simply an amazing city to grow up in. 

After high school graduation, I moved to Charlotte, NC to pursue my degree at Johnson C. Smith University. I came, I saw and then I stayed! As much as I love Milwaukee for helping me become the woman I am, I love Charlotte just as much. The food, the people, the weather, it's simply an incredible city and I love raising my children here too!

I am the co-founder of two full-service public relations agencies, Pride Public Relations and Mosaic Communications, as well as Milwaukee Small Business Week and Charlotte Small Business Summit. My mission is to empower nonprofits and entrepreneurs by supporting them with building, growing and branding their companies.
